Camp Registration Information & Updates

Before Registration Opens (Now – April 12)

Registration opens Sunday, April 12 at 2:00 PM. To make the process quick and smooth, complete the following steps ahead of time:

  • Create your family account in the system

  • Complete all required medical forms under the “Forms” tab (left-hand menu)

  • Upload a photo for each camper

    • Click the person icon with the upload arrow to add a photo

Please note: Camper photos and medical forms must be completed before you can register.

When Registration Opens (April 12 at 2:00 PM)

When registration opens, you will need to:

  • Select your desired camp session

  • Add at least two authorized adults for camper pick-up

  • Submit your camper’s registration

Spots may fill quickly, so we recommend logging in and being ready right at 2:00 PM.

Updated Camper Pick-Up Policy

To better ensure the safety of every camper, we’ve updated our check-out procedures:

  • We will no longer use a PIN code for pick-up

  • Parents/guardians must authorize specific individuals who are allowed to pick up their camper

  • Only authorized individuals will be permitted to pick up a child

  • For each authorized person, you can:

    • Upload a clear photo ID, or

    • Have them show a valid ID at pick-up

  • You must list at least two authorized adults during registration

  • Additional authorized individuals can be added after registration if needed

Camper Attendance Policy

  • Campers are allowed to attend one camp session per season

  • If a camper is registered for more than one session, they will be removed from the additional session(s)

Camper Friend Requests

We know coming to camp with a friend makes the experience even better:

  • Each camper may request one friend to bunk with

  • Friend requests are not guaranteed, but we do our best to accommodate them

  • If multiple campers request the same friend (more than two), groups may be split across different cabins

  • Large group requests are not permitted

Parent Dashboard

Your Parent Dashboard will be your hub throughout the camp season. From there, you can:

  • View updates about your camper’s experience

  • Update contact information

  • Register additional campers
